You have invested time and dedication in your coaching training and would now like to join the International Coaching Federation (ICF)
Get certified as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC)?
aiming for the next level in your coach certification as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC)?
prepare the recertification of your existing level?
The ICF describes mentor coaching as coaching and feedback in a dialogical, appreciative and collaborative process based on an observed or recorded coaching session in order to improve the coaching ability of the coach in accordance with the ICF core competencies.
Procedure
They provide me with recordings of coaching sessions and receive detailed feedback on the core competencies and ethical guidelines of the ICF.
Different requirements apply to these core competencies for ACC and PCC certification. Together we look very closely and work towards improving coaching skills for the desired level of certification. It is important to distinguish that mentor coaching is not about your own coaching topics.
The mentor coaching should extend over a period of at least three months in order to enable what has been learned to be put into practice.
Costs
The cost is 160 EUR net (plus VAT) per hour.
