She has always had people and their developments in focus. After completing her degree in nutrition economics and applied psychology in Giessen (Germany), she gained broad professional experience in various management positions in the areas of HR, IT, quality and change management in various industries and company sizes.

Since 2010 she has been self-employed part-time in her own practice and dared to take the step into full independence in 2018. In March 2020, despite the challenges of the corona pandemic, she founded Developing Minds GmbH.

She is characterized by patience, empathy and the trust that the mutual, appreciative look below the surface helps to come to meaningful and effective solutions.
